BPO & customer support
Agents trained on your product for two to four weeks and certified on graded mock contacts before they touch a live queue.

- One team leader per 12 agents
- Monthly quality calibration with you
SourceMate places vetted engineers, DevOps, data and QA specialists with global enterprises — and runs the support, finance and healthcare teams behind them. You approve every hire. We carry the risk if it doesn't work out.
Skills we place most often
Platforms our teams already work in
Sixty-two percent of everyone we place is in a technical role. Our recruiters log into your ATS, use your scorecards and join your hiring-manager syncs. You interview and approve every person. Nobody is substituted onto your team without your sign-off.
Averages across completed IT requisitions. Specialist and architect-level searches take longer, and we say so upfront.
Published industry median sits at 44 days for non-executive roles
Five steps, and you are involved in three of them.
Forty-five minutes with the hiring manager to pin down what "good" looks like, what is genuinely non-negotiable, and what the market will actually pay.
Day 1Manual sourcing, then the same scored questions for every candidate so your comparisons are real.
Days 2–7A realistic, scoped task reviewed by someone who does that job daily. This is the stage that predicts performance.
Days 6–10Three to five candidates, each with their assessment, screen notes and verified checks. You interview and decide.
Days 8–14We handle negotiation, keep the candidate warm to day one, and replace at our cost if it does not work out inside 90 days.
Days 15–21IT is our core, but most clients eventually hand us a second function. Each practice has its own leadership and its own hiring bar, and you can add one without renegotiating anything.

A deliberately small, senior team. Every deliverable comes with a methodology note, including what the analysis cannot tell you.
Qualified accountants — CA, ACCA and EA-credentialed — closing books in the systems you already use, with maker-checker on every material posting.
AAPC and AHIMA-credentialed coders, re-tested quarterly. We trace denials back to the registration or documentation gap causing them.
Your own centre — your tools, your rituals, your titles. We carry the entity, the lease, payroll and IT until you want the keys.
Most conversations start with one painful vacancy and end up somewhere more useful. Tell us what is straining and we will tell you honestly whether offshoring is the right answer.
Three charts we would be happy to defend in a QBR. Ask us for the underlying data during a call and we will send it.
Per 1,000 applications to a typical mid-level IT requisition set
Roughly 83 applications per hire. The practical exercise costs about four extra days and cuts 90-day attrition from 13% to under 6%.
Share of the 1,400+ professionals placed, by practice
IT is not a side line for us — it is nearly two thirds of everything we do.
Rolling eight quarters, all practices
From 96 placements a quarter to 178, without loosening the screen — 90-day attrition fell over the same period.
Knowledge does not move, nobody notices for six weeks, and by then trust is gone. Here is the sequence we run instead — and the one step most providers skip.
We map volumes, exceptions and the undocumented steps that live in one person's head. About one in six discoveries ends with us recommending a smaller scope than the client asked for.
Pod shape, shift pattern, SLAs and governance agreed before signature. Pricing is built up from role cost and we show you the build-up, so renewal is arithmetic rather than a negotiation.
Access, VDI, DPAs and your security questionnaire run alongside recruitment so they never hold up go-live. Our infosec lead answers your questionnaire directly.
Shadow, reverse-shadow, independent. The middle pass is the one most providers skip: our team does the work while your people watch and correct in real time. Everything learned goes into a runbook that belongs to you, and we test it by having someone outside the transition follow it cold.
Written shift handovers every day, a monthly service review with the misses included, and a live dashboard you can open whenever you like. We do not curate the view before you see it.
These are not tiers. They allocate control, risk and cost differently — and the right one depends on how much management attention you have to spend.
Named people join your team, attend your stand-ups and report to your managers.
You hand us a process and a target. We bring the team, the tooling and the supervision.
We stand up your own offshore centre, run it, then hand it across on fixed terms.
Placeholder quotes, written to show the tone and the level of detail worth aiming for. Replace them once your clients approve the wording — and keep the specifics, because vague praise persuades nobody.
We had been burned once already, so we started with four engineers and a three-month exit clause because I fully expected to use it. Two years on they run our entire platform team. What changed my mind was the daily handover note — every morning I knew exactly where things stood without having to ask.
Our hiring had stalled at about six engineers a quarter and we could not work out why. Their recruiting lead spent the first two weeks telling us our job descriptions were the problem, rewrote them with our managers, and we closed nine of eleven open roles the following quarter. I have never had an agency push back on our side of the process before.
We run a billing company, so we are fussy about coders in a way most clients are not. SourceMate let us set the audit sample ourselves and sit in on the quarterly re-testing. Denials came down from 9.2% to 4.6% over about eight months, and when something does get rejected we hear why before we ask.
The BOT transfer happened on the date written in the contract at the price written in the contract, which after twenty years of outsourcing I did not entirely believe would happen. Thirty-four people, the lease and the entity came across in one quarter, and two of their managers took permanent roles with us.
Nearshore where you want live collaboration, offshore where you want depth and cost. Every centre runs the same hiring bar.
Most offshore deals stall in procurement rather than in negotiation. Our evidence pack goes out under NDA on day one — not after a signature.
Badge-controlled seating, CCTV retention, no personal devices and clean-desk enforcement. Access logs available on request.
Encrypted, fully managed devices with USB and print controls, DLP, EDR and VDI where your data classification requires it.
Least-privilege provisioning, quarterly recertification, and revocation inside four hours of an exit being confirmed.
SOC 2 Type II report, ISO 27001 certificate and scope, latest penetration test summary, plus BCP and DR documentation.
A discovery call is thirty minutes with a practice lead — not a salesperson working from a deck. If offshoring is the wrong answer for your situation, you will hear that on the call rather than in month nine.
